These terms explain how shopping with Dorian Morningstar works. They apply to use of our website and purchases made after this version is published. Please read them together with our Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. Placing an order means you agree to the terms presented when you purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law protects.

Using our store

Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information, and use a payment method you are authorized to use. If you are under the age at which you can enter a binding purchase agreement where you live, a parent or guardian must make the purchase for you. Keep any customer-account credentials secure and contact us promptly about unauthorized account activity.

Do not use this site for unlawful activity, submit false claims, interfere with its operation, upload malicious software, or attempt to access another customer's information.

Products and availability

We curate products from independent supplier partners and may offer original or made-to-order designs. Product sizes, materials, ingredients, care instructions, and available options vary. Review the individual listing and select the correct variant before ordering. Contact us before purchase if a detail you need is missing. Screen settings can affect displayed colors; product photographs do not guarantee an exact color match.

Follow product labels, safety instructions, and care guidance. Descriptive lifestyle or wellness language is not a promise of a medical result. Our store information does not replace personalized medical advice.

Prices, promotions, and payment

Product prices, applicable shipping charges, discounts, and any taxes collected are shown during checkout. Review the final total before paying. Prices and promotions may change for future purchases; a later price change does not change an existing order's agreed price. Offers are subject to the conditions disclosed with the offer.

Payment is processed through the methods available at checkout. Do not send card numbers or passwords to customer care. Purchasing a product does not create a recurring subscription unless a recurring plan and its terms are expressly presented and selected.

Orders and corrections

An order confirmation records receipt of your order. Availability, payment verification, or a material listing error may require further review. We may decline or cancel an order for unavailable inventory, a material pricing or description error, an unsuccessful payment, or reasonably suspected fraud. We will notify you and return any payment collected for an item we cancel. We will not substitute a materially different product or increase an existing order's price without your agreement.

Contact us immediately if you need an address or order corrected. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipping has begun.

Shipping and delivery

Supplier partners generally ship their products directly. Orders containing products from different suppliers may have separate shipping charges, packages, tracking numbers, and delivery dates. Available shipping services and charges are shown at checkout for your destination. Processing and delivery estimates vary by item and supplier; a particular delivery date is not guaranteed unless the chosen service expressly provides a guarantee.

Returns and product problems

Return eligibility, request deadlines, exclusions, approval requirements, postage responsibilities, and refund processing are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Request instructions before sending an item back; returns may need to go to different supplier locations.

Change-of-mind exclusions do not prevent reporting a damaged, defective, or incorrect item or exercising applicable legal rights. We remain your customer-care contact for purchases from this store even when a supplier ships the product.

Website content and third-party services

Store branding and original website content may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Supplier brands, photographs, and other third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights. Links and third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. Review those terms before using them.

Service availability and responsibility

Website access may be interrupted for maintenance or technical problems. We will make reasonable efforts to correct material store-information errors and assist with order issues. We do not promise uninterrupted website availability or a particular personal, financial, or health outcome from a product. These terms do not exclude liability, warranties, remedies, or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively; the terms presented when an order was placed continue to govern that order unless you agree otherwise or applicable law requires a change.
